As a nonprofit, our annual banquet is one of our biggest days of the year... Hosting at the Avalon was definitely the right choice for our event's success. They were generous, communicated clearly, and were flexible with the changes events always require. For our event of 500+ people, the Millenium ballroom was perfect. Our sponsors felt honored with exclusive space to the Mezzanine level and the loft served as a quieter space for raffles, games and seating... During the event, Avalon staff checked in with us very frequently and quickly attended to additional requests. We so appreciated that they genuinely cared about the success of the event and look to hosting more events at the Avalon in the future.
