Avalon Events Center features five beautifully designed ballrooms, each offering its own unique style and flexibility. Each room is fully customizable — from seating arrangements and décor to lighting and audio-visual setup.
Millennium Ballroom
250+ Guests
Our most spacious and dramatic setting, the Millennium Ballroom is designed for grand celebrations and large gatherings. With high ceilings, customizable lighting, and a full stage, it’s ideal for weddings, galas, and conferences.
Prairie Rose Ballroom
150-250 Guests
This is a smaller ballroom with infinite possibilities whether it is a corporate meeting, a special event, a wedding or wedding reception.
Dakota Ballroom
100-150 Guests
The Dakota Ballroom is the on the South side of the Avalon. This is a smaller ballroom with infinite possibilities whether it is a corporate meeting, a special event, a wedding or wedding reception.
Sheyenne Ballroom
75-100 Guests

Roosevelt Ballroom

The Roosevelt Board Room is the smallest room available of all the Avalon rooms. This is a room designed to serve as an executive boardroom it has infinite possibilities whether it is a corporate meeting, a special social event, a wedding or wedding reception, a family reunion or a class reunion.
