Our Capabilities

This 55,000 square-foot facility is home to 7 beautiful ballrooms, filled with modern amenities and state of the art A/V technology. Each and every room is outfitted with large projection screens or televisions, easy to use connections for your computer and devices, multiple microphones for your presentation or panel discussion, and color changing ambient LED lighting all included with your basic room rental. Extra amenities include drive-in loading dock for ease of delivery, large on-site parking accommodations, ticket office, complimentary limo services and so much more that you’ll have to see to believe.

We have held over 30 corporate lunches and conferences at the Avalon Events Center over the past 3 years and I confidently say they have each gone effortlessly without a hitch. From a hosting standpoint, every minutia -from A/V requirements to linen options- is handled beforehand and consistently delivered exactly as requested. From an attendee standpoint, we get nothing but rave reviews glowing remarks from our 100s of executive guests. The menu from Kim, the executive chef, is comparable to any five-star restaurant in the region. As an organization, we weigh in subject matter and marketing ideas for our ongoing events, but the choice of venue in Fargo-Moorhead is NEVER in question. It has always been and will continue to be the Avalon Events Center and we cannot thank you enough for the impeccable service.
