The Avalon is the premier venue for Fargo’s Corporate events and meetings.  We have 55,000 sq ft of event space encompassing 7 meeting rooms. We can accommodate everything from conventions complete with exhibit space, large meetings seating over 500 people to intimate Board meetings.

The Avalon is complete with state of the art AV systems and a wi-fi system that can accommodate 2,000 simultaneous users.  We can provide a full range of food and beverage service that encompasses simple snacks, breakfast, buffet lunches and dinners to gourmet sit down dinners.

We provide transportation to and from local hotels and your corporate office for your out of town guests.

Fully comprehensive A/V system to provide to you at no additional cost. We supply a fully integrated system that is extremely user friendly.

Every ballroom has a fully stocked wet bar for your event. We have the capabilities of providing very simple buffet item all the way to extremely intricate plated dishes.

Our ballrooms can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 2,500 people. Each one of our unique ballrooms is designed to maximize and enhance your event.

We have held over 30 corporate lunches and conferences at the Avalon Events Center over the past 3 years and I confidently say they have each gone effortlessly without a hitch. From a hosting standpoint, every minutia -from A/V requirements to linen options- is handled beforehand and consistently delivered exactly as requested. From an attendee standpoint, we get nothing but rave reviews glowing remarks from our 100s of executive guests. The menu from Kim, the executive chef, is comparable to any five-star restaurant in the region. As an organization, we weigh in subject matter and marketing ideas for our ongoing events, but the choice of venue in Fargo-Moorhead is NEVER in question.
